Shipping policy

At Stryv, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping within India.


🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all Canadian territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


🕒 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–6 business days

  • Remote and rural areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics issues, or local restrictions.


💳 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: $49 (Free for orders above $499)

  • Express Shipping (optional): $9 (Available in select cities)

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.


🚦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use it to track your package in real time through our courier partner’s website.


📭 Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will usually attempt to deliver your package two more times. After that, it may be returned to us. If this happens, we’ll contact you to re-ship (additional charges may apply).


📌 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


🛠️ Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@stryv.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


🛑 Non-Serviceable PIN Codes

In rare cases, some PIN codes may not be serviceable due to courier limitations. If your area is unserviceable, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
